The off the Job accident program has been a God's send for our injured members and helps them from digging a financial hole. There is a process  of educating the members, following up with the paperwork to the Trust Fund, insuring the member is paid. This extra time is on behalf of the Business Manager but it is worth it.

Robert Badillo

Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO / Database and Information Systems

robby 200x300Robert Badillo is the Senior Administrative Assistant to the CEO for the Ironworker Management Progressive Action Cooperative Trust (IMPACT). Robby joined IMPACT in April of 2025. His position includes working closely with the CEO and the rest of IMPACT's staff, maintaining the database and assisting members with event registration and IMPACT program navigation.

Robby has over 20 years of IT experience. Before joining IMPACT, Robby worked as a Senior Human Resources Representative for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Distribution Center for 7/11.
