Win More Work: Negotiating Strategies to Boost Market Share: This course will increase you and your teamís effectiveness at negotiating with customers to increase sales and opportunities that result in win/win situations for all involved parties. Emphasis will be placed on (1) critical elements of negotiation, (2) the best negotiation structure, (3) effectively dealing with quality, service, and price issues, (4) when to and not to negotiate, (5) negotiation strategies, and (6) successful negotiation skills. Exercises, group interaction, and practice will form the basis for the transfer of knowledge from the classroom to the field.
