As IMPACT’s Program Administrator, Cindy Quiroz is responsible for the analysis of IMPACT’s existing programs and development and assessment for the creation of new programs. Quiroz manages the IMPACT Substance Abuse Program, Project Tracking, Off-the-Job Accident and other business development and training programs.
Quiroz has over 20 years of construction industry experience, having worked as both a licensed general commercial contractor and a government facilities and maintenance division manager. She has taught construction management and business communication courses in estimating, scheduling, contracts, Building Information Modeling, U.S. Green Building Council LEED certification/accreditation and construction financial analysis/accounting. She is a LEED AP BD+C and received a Master of Science in Construction and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University.
