Kevin Hilton is the Executive Assistant to the CEO joining the IMPACT team in September of 2009. Hilton comes to IMPACT after serving The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC) and the National Maintenance Agreements Policy Committee (NMAPC) as Senior Vice President, where he worked for over 12 years. Hilton holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and a Masters degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin.
