"One of the biggest successes I see in IMPACT is with the issue of getting our Officers and members to get with the program and start learning the simplicity and great advantages of using computers for research and organizing. I know of projects before anyone else, giving me prep time that, without IMPACT-Direct, I would not have had. I couldn't envision not having it. It has become part of the blood that keeps us thriving, and that's putting it lightly." - Howard J. Buskirk of Iron Workers LU # 787, Parkersburg West Virginia
