The primary mission of I.M.P.A.C.T. is to expand the job opportunities for union Ironworkers and their signatory contractors through progressive and innovative labor management cooperative programs. IMPACT is working with Ironworkers District Councils, Local Unions, Shop Locals, Signatory Contractor Associations, and Union Contractors on coordinated labor management programs to dramatically improve the product we offer construction users.

IMPACT provides Ironworker Local Unions and their Signatory Contractors with state of the art project tracking systems, a forum for discussion of local issues, drug-testing, training support, progressive safety insurance programs, and innovative marketing materials.

IMPACT is working with Ironworker Shop Local Unions and their Employers to develop new Labor Management programs - to increase the profitability of union fabricators through open discourse and cooperative labor management programs.
