IMPACT's members include Ironworker District Councils, Local Unions, Signatory Contractors Associations, and Contractors, in the United States and Canada, who are dedicated to providing safe, productive, and profitable labor for their customers.

All 20 of the Ironworker District Councils in the United States and Canada have pledged support for IMPACT's mission and its programs. IMPACT works with its District Councils on regional marketing programs, provides them with access to project information.

IMPACT works with it member Ironworker Local Unions providing them with a Drug testing program, project tracking tools, marketing information and much more.

IMPACT's member Signatory Contractor Organizations (SCAs) are the conduit through which IMPACT communicates with individual union contractors. IMPACT supports its member SCAs with the same kind of marketing and project tracking tools it offers its union members.
